You work closely with sales to continuously improve lead quality and conversion.
You think in hypotheses, tests, and data — making decisions based on clear performance metrics.

Several years of experience (ideally 4–7+ years) in demand generation or performance-driven lead generation within the B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in building or scaling lead and pipeline programs
Confident handling of KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and funnel analyses
Experience in growth or scaling phases — not just early-stage experimentation
Strong data affinity and analytical skills
Hands-on mentality: You develop strategies and execute them operationally yourself
Ownership for outcomes, not just activities
Optional: Experience with AI-powered tools or marketing automation is a plus
