Degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science or Information Systems)
At least 6 years of professional software development experience with Java, TypeScript, Spring and Spring Boot
Experience leading development teams
Familiar with design and integration patterns
Solid knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
Experience designing architectures for complex software systems (e.g., Domain-Driven Design (DDD))
Familiar with architecture documentation (e.g., arc42)
Knowledge of project and stakeholder management methodologies
Ability to implement business requirements purposefully and coordinate technical development processes
Independent and transparent way of working
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and agile working
Very good German language skills and willingness to travel to client sites occasionally
