Role Overview
- Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Design and produce ad units for various platforms
- Collaborate with media team to interpret campaign performance data
- Create sales enablement materials for enterprise clients
- Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all ad creative
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional design experience
- A portfolio showcasing design range
- Experience designing for paid social platforms
- 1–2 years of motion graphics and video production experience
- Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Familiarity with design and A/B testing tools
- Experience designing sales and pitch materials
