Own the development and maintenance of our mobile apps (iOS & Android) using React Native
Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js
Take ownership of day-to-day technical and architectural decisions
Balance technical quality, delivery speed, and product impact when making trade-offs
Drive and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability
Identify and resolve performance issues, technical debt, and architectural risks
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to build solutions that serve real user needs
Mentor developers and actively raise the overall technical bar
Gradually become the go-to technical authority for the team

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong production experience with React Native
Solid backend experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, or similar)
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and React Native
Experience with modern engineering practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD)
Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and maintainability trade-offs
Product-oriented mindset — you care about why things are built, not just how
Clear communication skills and an ownership mentality
Comfortable being hands-on and deeply involved in the codebase
