Design and evolve the mobile application architecture, primarily based on Flutter
Take ownership of synchronization mechanisms between mobile apps and backend/on-premise systems, ensuring reliability and performance
Identify and resolve potential performance bottlenecks early such as latency issues or unstable data flows
Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guardrails for mobile development
Implement complex features hands-on while ensuring clean, maintainable code
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design robust APIs and data exchange patterns
Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and critically validate their outputs
Contribute to the long-term scalability and technical quality of our mobile platform

At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform)
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter or comparable cross-platform frameworks
Solid experience designing mobile architectures and structuring scalable app codebases
Understanding of synchronization strategies, offline-first concepts, and reliable data exchange patterns
Experience identifying and resolving performance issues in mobile applications
Independent work and taking technical ownership
Clean code, testing, and sustainable engineering practices
Confident English communication (C1); German is a plus
