Role Overview
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend and fullstack components using .NET / C#
- Design APIs and integration solutions within a complex software ecosystem
- Guide decisions around data modeling, persistence, and performance trade-offs
- Design for reliability, scalability, and observability in distributed systems
- Actively use AI-assisted development tools and critically evaluate their outputs
- Collaborate closely with product management, UX, and engineering peers
- Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and standards
- Contribute to improving engineering practices and system design
Requirements
- Several years of experience in backend or fullstack development using .NET / C#
- Strong experience with APIs and distributed system architectures
- Design systems with performance, reliability, and operability in mind
- Take ownership of complex or critical components
- Use AI-supported development tools reflectively and responsibly
- Value clean code, automated testing, and security
- Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams
- Communicate confidently in English (C1); German is an advantage
