About this role
Role Overview
Central point of contact and advisor for international clients in the area of payroll
Independently prepare monthly payroll and salary statements
Proactively advise international clients on regulations in Germany
Communicate with German authorities and independently coordinate audits
Independently handle all payroll-related matters, payroll tax and social security
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industry or at least 3 years in a tax firm
Solid knowledge of the German social security system
Strong willingness to learn and commitment to continuous professional development
Excellent teamwork skills
High level of initiative and reliability
Experience as a payroll specialist
Good English skills (advantageous but not mandatory)
