Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer success roles
- Support partners with technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Onboarding new partners and guiding them through platform adoption.
- Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems related to cloud services and infrastructure.
- Working in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
