Ensure a structured engineering day-to-day by coordinating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and tech syncs (acting as an interface between Engineering, CSM and Management).
Prepare meetings by reviewing tickets and clarifying open requirements/missing specifications.
Manage sprint, backlog and ticketing processes.
Ensure deadlines are met and timely delivery of projects.
Define, establish and continuously improve efficient engineering processes and quality standards, with a particular focus on code reviews.
Coordinate key processes across Data Science, AI and Backend — from experiment documentation and model versioning to deployment and monitoring.
Onboard new developers and coordinate engineering recruiting processes.
Support professional development through feedback, mentoring and structural guidance.

Several years of experience in an engineering leadership role with strong process ownership, ideally in a startup environment.
Strong technical understanding of modern software and product development, especially in a SaaS or AI context.
Proven track record in building scalable processes, efficient team structures and managing interdisciplinary/cross-functional teams.
Clear and confident communication with developers, Product, Customer Success and Management.
Structured, solution-oriented working style with high reliability and an ownership mindset.
Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both written and spoken.
