Focus on new customer acquisition: You are our door opener. You proactively identify new business opportunities in the B2B space, build a strong pipeline, and actively win new logos for our agency.
Co-selling & partner network: You work strategically and operationally extremely closely with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and Solution Engineers (SEs). You orchestrate joint pitches, generate leads, and position us as the definitive "go-to" partner for Agentforce projects in the mid-market.
Value selling & hands-on demos: You translate complex Agentforce and AI concepts into measurable business value. More than that: you are not just a "slides presenter", but able to prepare tailored demo use cases directly in the system and demonstrate them live and convincingly to decision-makers.
Qualification & reality check: You have a pragmatic, real-world view. In pre-sales you assess whether potential clients have completed their basic CRM "homework" and position solid Salesforce fundamentals as a mandatory foundation for any successful AI agent.
Closing & handover: Your objective is to close the deal. Once the contract is signed, you hand the customer over to our consulting team, which takes care of implementation and account management, freeing you to focus on the next new business opportunity.
Requirements
Several years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales (focus: New Business / Hunting) within IT services or agency environments.
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and proven ability to effectively engage the partner network and build strong relationships with AEs and SEs.
Hands-on mentality: You are comfortable working in the system and confident running your own system demos (Salesforce & Agentforce).
Excellent communicator with strong closing skills; you present yourself confidently and can engage C-level decision-makers in a pragmatic, solution-oriented manner.
Entrepreneurial mindset: We are building this agency through bootstrap funding and are looking for true sales drivers. You have the maturity to accept a lower base salary in exchange for a highly attractive, uncapped variable, performance-based commission model.
