Support in day-to-day financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank accounts)
Assist in the preparation and execution of monthly financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Preparation of reports, analyses and key performance indicators for management
Support in analyzing and optimizing accounting processes
Work on digitalization and automation initiatives in the finance area
Creation and formatting of monthly reports and KPIs
Support with budget planning and forecasting
Perform ad-hoc analyses and evaluations
Support the development of controlling tools and structures
Handle and organize incoming and outgoing mail
Digitize, classify and maintain structured filing of documents
Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the finance environment
Contribute to the improvement of efficient processes in office and document management

Currently enrolled in a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field (preferably at master’s level)
Basic knowledge of accounting and/or controlling
Analytical and structured way of working
Confident user of Excel and MS Office
Very good German skills, good English skills
