Develop modern, dynamic web applications, e.g., based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS, or for web applications using AI technologies.
Implement backend logic using Java and Spring.
Implement frontends with React and Next.js.
Integrate backend services via REST / GraphQL.
Perform code reviews and quality assurance.
Apply agile processes and methodologies.
Mentor colleagues and facilitate knowledge transfer.

A fundamental interest in leading and coordinating people.
At least 2 years of experience coordinating development projects in roles such as Tech Lead or Architect.
At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia; alternatively strong expertise in Java web application development.
Experience applying artificial intelligence for consulting and development, and as part of customer solutions.
Solid experience applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context.
Deep knowledge of software architectures.
Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, CI/CD).
