About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate and support the onboarding and integration of new medical facilities and hospitals with the technical platform
- Provide support for technical inquiries
- Provide technical assistance during the onboarding of new specialized clinical applications
- Contribute to the development and automation of integration and deployment processes
- Work closely with partners, hospitals, and vendors of digital clinical applications
- Assist with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring stable operation
- Document completed integrations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales
- Practical experience with networking, API, and security topics (e.g., IAM, AD, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, TLS)
- Solid knowledge of common DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Independent, pragmatic, and structured working style
- Enjoys operational, solution-oriented work
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
