Role Overview
- Integrate new authorities and requesting bodies with the technical platform
- Provide technical support for onboarding new specialist applications
- Contribute to the development and automation of integration and deployment processes
- Collaborate with partners, authorities, and vendors
- Support troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Document integrations and further develop the onboarding processes
- Contribute to improving the platform architecture
Requirements
- Excellent university degree in computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in pre-/post-sales
- Experience with cloud, SaaS, or platform development is a plus
- Practical experience with networking, APIs, and security topics
- Solid knowledge of common DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Independent, pragmatic, and structured way of working
- Enthusiasm for hands-on, solution-oriented work
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
