Support the integration of new medical facilities and clinics with the technical platform and provide assistance with technical questions
Provide technical support for onboarding new specialized clinical applications to the platform, particularly for configuration, testing and commissioning
Contribute to the further development and automation of integration and deployment processes
Work closely with our partners, hospitals and vendors of digital clinical applications to clarify technical requirements
Assist with error analysis, performance optimization and ensuring stable operation of the integrated applications
Document completed integrations and support the development of technical onboarding processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture

University degree in Computer Science or a related field, completed with excellent academic performance
Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales — experience with cloud, SaaS, or platform development is an advantage
Practical experience with networking, APIs and security topics (e.g., IAM, AD, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, TLS)
Solid knowledge of common DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Ansible or similar)
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
