Leading the interaction with our customers, with involvement in the initial setup phase and daily customer success.
Onboarding new customers to our SaaS solution.
Leading setup and integration projects, ensuring the customer gets the most out of our product.
Building strong customer relationships, starting with a successful onboarding, and continuing throughout the customer journey using our product.
Support the customer in daily challenges and take care of new requirements.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on time, on quality, and on budget.
Revision of our onboarding material, integrations, and help desk process.
Gathering feedback and identifying customer needs for the continuous improvement of our product.
Support in business development with industry partners (e.g., SAP, bpc, TSG).
Being adaptable to evolving sales strategies and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, or related fields, or has relevant professional experience
Has a good understanding of diverse customer and stakeholder personas and can empathize with various perspectives
Has experience with ERP systems and software integration projects
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills that are essential for effective outreach and interaction with potential clients, as well as a strong understanding of IT systems and software architectures
Is used to working with SaaS tools, can learn to set up demo systems and familiarize themselves with software systems fast
Knows how to support a SaaS and helps our customers use it
Demonstrates hands-on experience in technical integrations in the software industry, IT consulting, or similar roles
Is capable of setting and communicating priorities, completing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Interest in digitalization and sustainability, basic knowledge of renewable energies is a plus, along with the motivation to delve into the complexity of the energy market
Is fluent in German and English (these are strict requirements; other languages are also a significant plus)
Is quick to learn and derive energy from interacting with people, and has no hesitation in engaging with unfamiliar individuals
Is a team player and feels comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
