Successfully managed client projects with technical and commercial responsibility
Solid knowledge of software architecture
High standards for code quality
Experience with modern tools — ideally AI-assisted
Analytical thinking and a structured working style
Audience-appropriate communication with clients, developers and stakeholders
Strong consulting skills
Very good German and English language skills
