Acquisition of new customers and support and development of existing clients
Analyze customer requirements and develop solution concepts
Manage the entire sales cycle
Present our products to national and international clients in online formats, at trade fairs and events
Monitor relevant market developments to optimize sales processes

Experience selling complex, consultative software — ideally in a production-oriented IT environment (MES, CAQ, APS, MOM)
Completed commercial or industry-related vocational training, or a degree in manufacturing or automation engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills and the ability to consistently build a network both offline and online — social selling
Proactive in approaching decision-makers
Team player with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and excellent German and good English skills
