You develop extensive automations in Jira, e.g., using Jira Automation, scripting, listeners, workflows, and REST APIs.
You integrate external service and infrastructure platforms programmatically, particularly Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, as well as on-premises systems such as Active Directory, Nutanix, or virtualization solutions.
You implement end-to-end service automations from the request and approval stages through technical execution and feedback.
You design and implement self-service workflows with automated provisioning.
You ensure robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and security in all automations.
You model service contracts, service statements, and SLAs in Jira and develop dynamic SLA logic for customer-, service-, and contract-dependent requirements.

You have several years of experience with Jira Service Management in production enterprise environments and service-oriented architectures.
You have strong knowledge of Jira Assets (Insight) and the design and operation of CMDB structures.
You bring solid programming and scripting experience, e.g., in Python, PowerShell, Groovy, or comparable languages.
You work confidently with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
You have experience automating cloud and on-premises systems, particularly Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and platforms such as Nutanix.
You have experience representing contracts, service statements, and SLAs in ITSM tools and reliably translate business requirements into robust, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
You work independently, are solution-oriented and structured, communicate confidently between business units, operations, and management, and bring a high quality awareness as well as strong security and compliance understanding.
You are fluent in German, both written and spoken.
