You develop well-considered processes and automations, from analysis and concept through to implementation in the client account.
You actively advise on technical questions related to automations, APIs, exports, plugins, and integrations — both internally and externally.
You help further develop our template library.
You contribute structured customer feedback, especially regarding technical requirements.
You test your own solutions, explore alternative approaches, and find the best solution for each use case.

Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or as an IT project manager, ideally in a SaaS company.
Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, JSON, automations).
Enjoy diving deep into a product and getting to know it thoroughly.
Problem-solving ability and structured, detail-oriented thinking.
Self-directed work style, willingness to contribute ideas, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German & English).
