You gather technical details, interpret them, and create an individually tailored quote supported by our system.
You explain technical advantages—especially of heat pumps—in a clear and understandable way and answer all relevant questions.
You support customers in making decisions, present the optimal solution, and convincingly communicate the benefits of 42watt and our concepts.
You work closely with the field sales team and prepare for efficient contract completion by handling appointment coordination and route planning after successful customer conversations.

You have completed commercial or technical vocational training — experience in technical consulting is ideal.

You are interested in renewable energy and sustainable technologies, especially heat pumps, and are eager to learn more about the subject.
You understand technical contexts and can explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
You are a communicative team player and enjoy finding the best solution for your customers.
Experience in sales or customer support is a plus but not required.
You work in a structured and independent way and remain calm under pressure.
You are confident using common office programs (we use G Suite, Slack and Notion), and ideally have experience with CRM systems.
You speak fluent German (C1–C2 is a must).
