New client acquisition: identifying and approaching potential clients in tax advisory, accounting firms, and bookkeeping service providers
Building and maintaining relationships at all levels
Managing the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification through presentations and negotiations to closing
Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored solution proposals
Preparing and delivering product presentations, demos, and pitches customized to clients’ needs
Building and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasting, and using the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and track leads and opportunities
Close collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process
Participation in customer events, conferences, and trade shows

Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in tax advisory, accounting firms, or bookkeeping service providers
Proven track record of developing and closing sales deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
High self-motivation and target orientation
Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset and structured working style
Business-fluent German and English
Completed degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, knowledge of complementary products such as Addison, Agenda, DATEV, or Simba
