Ensure software can be released continuously and securely, especially when created with agents
Create standardized Golden Paths for development by both humans and agents
Use KPIs such as system availability and change lead time to prioritize your work
Design, build, and maintain a reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.

4+ years of experience in SRE, Developer Experience, Platform, Cloud, or Backend Engineering
Familiarity with agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex
Solid understanding of "Day 2" operations and system reliability
Excellent writing skills — to communicate intents clearly for both humans and agents
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or TypeScript
Strong experience with a public cloud provider, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Very good spoken and written English; German is a plus.
