Define product vision and strategy: Shape the roadmap for our global services and recurring revenue portfolio, including warranty, maintenance, monitoring and digital service products.
Drive the product lifecycle: Lead the full product process — from market analysis and concept validation through rollout, optimization and scaling across regions.
Enable recurring revenue models: Develop offerings and pricing structures that generate sustainable, predictable revenue.
Ensure operational feasibility, profitability and a strong customer experience.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, market operations and commercial teams to translate insights and operational feedback into scalable product solutions.
Customer and market focus: Use customer feedback, competitor analysis and market trends to continuously refine and expand our service offerings.
Operational excellence: Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, margin performance and service quality. Identify levers to improve efficiency, cost structure and customer satisfaction.
Innovation and ownership: Take responsibility for building our service-oriented ecosystem and push boundaries to make 1KOMMA5° a market leader in integrated energy solutions.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, energy management or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product management or business development, ideally in the energy sector, technology or SaaS.
Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing mechanisms and creating customer value.
Proven track record of turning customer needs and operational insights into scalable product solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchies.
Entrepreneurial, structured and execution-oriented mindset with a passion for ownership.
Fluent in English and German.
