Overall responsibility for the planning, architecture and implementation of Modern Work, Cloud and Hybrid Cloud solutions based on the Microsoft platform
Development of cloud strategies, roadmaps and target architectures in the interplay of Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Security and on‑premises infrastructure
Design of future‑proof integration scenarios between public cloud and datacenter
Strategic advisory for IT leadership and C‑level stakeholders on cloud readiness, infrastructure modernization and IT strategy
Analysis of existing environments and derivation of scalable, secure target architectures
Communication of complex technical topics and well‑grounded architectural decisions
End‑to‑end ownership of project architectures – from analysis and design through proof of concept to go‑live
Management of internal and external project teams and assurance of the quality of technical deliverables
Coaching of technical roles and support for transformation projects both in the cloud and in the datacenter
Requirements
Several years of experience in the design, implementation and migration of Microsoft‑based infrastructure and cloud solutions
Solid hands‑on experience in designing hybrid cloud architectures (Azure and datacenter)
Deep technical understanding of Entra ID and hybrid identity, Azure networking, security & governance, and Modern Work workloads
Ideally experience in technical leadership or project responsibility
Strong consulting and communication skills at both technical and business levels
Structured, independent and proactive working style with a clear view of the overall context
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
