Advise business units and management as a trusted advisor on data, analytics, GenAI and automation topics
Analyze and understand business processes, decision logic and business objectives
Structure complex business, analytical and organizational issues
Translate business goals into analytical questions, target states and prioritized initiatives
Co-develop target architectures, roadmaps and priorities with clients
Assess business requirements in the context of technical possibilities and constraints
Build reusable methodologies, decision frameworks and standards
Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of scalable consulting and delivery structures

Several years of experience in a consulting role in the areas of data, BI, analytics, AI or process automation
Demonstrable experience as a sparring partner for business units and management
Strong skills in business analytics: understanding of business processes and KPIs
Ability to derive analytical questions from business objectives
Evaluation of data, analyses and results in their business context
Very good technical understanding of BI and data architectures (e.g., Power BI, data warehouse, lakehouse), analytical models and decision logic
Experience with production GenAI applications
Experience in automating business processes
Ability to explain complex business and technical relationships clearly
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams (both in subject-matter and line-management roles)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Structured, independent and responsible working style
Very good German skills and good English skills
