You coach and support your team members, helping them develop as software engineers through 1:1s and regular feedback
You work closely with the squad, the E2E Product Manager and other stakeholders to orchestrate the optimization of the technical and feature roadmap
You manage and coordinate internal requests for new features and requirements and are able to assess technical feasibility
You steer and monitor software delivery within the squad in an agile environment and empower your squad to build high customer-value software in an efficient and consistent way
You shape the team by identifying and attracting talent through the recruiting process and by designing individual development paths for your direct reports
You contribute your technical expertise through code reviews and discussions of technical concepts
You shape technical practice by contributing your ideas to technical or organizational projects within the department
Requirements
You are capable of leading a cross-functional team of software engineers and can do so across a wide range of seniority levels (from Junior to Staff Engineer)
You have relevant experience in developing web applications and are familiar with all related areas, preferably in central business workflows on the backend or database modeling
You enjoy working in complex environments and solving challenging technical problems, e.g., in graph theory, electrical engineering, core business workflows or digital twins
You have experience building and shaping a diverse and inclusive team through recruitment and subsequent team building
You possess excellent communication skills and are motivated to coach developers on their personal and professional development
You are familiar with parts of our tech stack and can work confidently with them
You have fluent English skills (C1 level).
