Take ownership of our communications overviews, including managing our PR agency activities tracker, to ensure everyone is aligned and nothing slips through the cracks.
Assist in managing and executing one-off marketing projects, such as webpage launches, event planning, and broader comms tasks.
Ability to approach internal stakeholders to ask questions, pull together new information, and translate complex concepts into engaging social media content.
Oversee the content calendar (especially LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X), pitch and plan posts, assign tasks to colleagues, and ensure timely execution.
Monitor social media data, uncover the latest trends, and provide strategic recommendations to increase visibility.
Ensure clear communication and documentation of work progress in a remote setup to support alignment and collaboration.

Enrolled in a university program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a similar area.
Experience with social media and/or project management through internships or student projects is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and familiarity with common project management tools.
Proactive and curious, with a demonstrated ability to work independently while seeking input when needed.
Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills.
Can dedicate a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Minimum commitment of 6 months for the duration of the position.
Ideally based in the broader Ulm or Berlin area, with flexibility for occasional onsite work and in-person collaboration.
