Experience: 8+ years in mobile engineering, with proven experience leading projects.
Mobile Expertise: Expert in React Native or native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
Cross-Platform Skills: Skilled in cross-platform development and designing SDKs.
Security: Hands-on experience with WebAuthn, passkeys, and secure authentication mechanisms.
Domain Knowledge: Proven record of shipping mobile apps in the fintech or on-chain/blockchain sectors.
Soft Skills: Strong sense of UX, detail-oriented, reliable, and a clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving teams.

Title & Compensation: Lead Mobile Engineer with a competitive salary of $140,000–$220,000 per year (full-time).
