Lead role in Metabase: Be the technical reference for creating, maintaining, and optimizing complex dashboards, ensuring the Product Growth team can make real-time, data-driven decisions.
Correlation and Cohort Analysis: Design and monitor cohort analyses to identify retention levers and critical user moments and events.
Behavioral Investigation with FullStory: Diagnose friction in the user journey using FullStory, turning visual evidence into validated statistical hypotheses.
Ecosystem Integration (Salesforce): Cross-reference behavioral data with Salesforce commercial/CRM data to gain a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle.
Experimentation: Support the design and measurement of A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor and clear communication of results.
Requirements
Reside anywhere in Brazil (in accordance with CLT regulations).
Proficiency with Metabase: Solid experience building advanced visualizations and managing data collections for different stakeholders.
Advanced SQL: Expertise in handling large datasets and structuring efficient queries for day-to-day work.
Behavioral Analysis: Hands-on experience with FullStory (session analysis, funnels, and frustration signals).
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or R aimed at statistical analysis and correlation modeling.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of CRM data structures, preferably Salesforce.
