Strategic management and expansion of key accounts: You independently manage assigned partner brokers—often at managing director level—and develop tailored strategies to deepen collaboration.
Business development & revenue responsibility: You identify growth opportunities, initiate sales measures and capitalize on cross-selling potential in Financial Lines and Cyber.
Acquisition of new partner brokers: In addition to growing existing accounts, you proactively acquire new broker partners for the Finlex ecosystem—from initial outreach through successful onboarding.
Advising & positioning our service portfolio: You present our specialized offerings and services convincingly at decision‑maker level.
Interface management & feedback: You act as a central interface to broking, operations and executive management, provide structured market feedback and drive initiatives to further develop our products and processes.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, financial services, insurance or a related field
Initial relevant professional experience in account management, sales or business development—ideally in the insurance, finance or B2B environment
Experience engaging with decision‑makers and enthusiasm for strategic client development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Structured, independent working style and entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in complex insurance topics and risk management
Willingness to travel
