- Quality assurance: checklists, completeness checks, follow-up logic
Requirements
- Several years' experience in a tax firm or a tax-related environment
- Proven strength in managing proposal processes and follow-up (you don’t let anything fall through the cracks)
- Excellent telephone communication: friendly, clear, confident, and reliable
- Understanding of firm workflows (services, billing, deadlines, confidentiality)
- Highly structured: follow-up reminders, documentation, prioritization, ownership
