Role Overview
- Responsibility for inside and field sales
- Advising customers on hardware and software
- Preparing quotations in close cooperation with the technical team
- Recording and taking ownership of customer inquiries
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in coordination with management
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT systems sales specialist (IT-Systemkaufmann) or equivalent qualification
- Experience with MS Office and knowledge of hardware and software (e.g., server/storage, networking, cloud)
- Ideally experienced with ERP/inventory management and ticketing systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team player, proactive and strong communication skills
- Driver's license Class B
- German language skills at least C1 level (CEFR)
