Role Overview
- Sales of our IT and cyber security services to SMEs
- Conduct structured needs assessments following defined guidelines
- Advise customers on standardized solutions and services
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline according to clear guidelines
- Collaborate with presales, consulting, and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and forecasts in the CRM
- Work with defined KPIs (e.g., pipeline, closed deals, activities)
Requirements
- Initial experience in B2B sales (IT, services, or technically complex products)
- Enjoy working in a structured way and towards clear goals
- Willingness to learn and openness to coaching
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Very good German language skills (C1)
