Requirements
- Law degree (completed)
- Experience with publicly traded companies preferred
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Fluent English
- Experience with various corporate acts (e.g., AGE, ACS, ARCA)
- Experience drafting share and quota purchase and sale agreements
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo
