About this role
Role Overview
You will identify suitable sites across Germany for the development of charging infrastructure solutions for buses.
You will develop site-specific business cases together with internal and external stakeholders and prepare decision documents, including investment prioritization.
You will manage the internal approval process for sites and projects, keeping economic, technical and contractual aspects in view.
You will conduct negotiations with landowners, operators and partners and coordinate lease, rental or license agreements.
You will support the application process for building and operating permits as well as other required approvals.
You will contribute to the further development and standardization of site acquisition processes.
You will actively participate in the establishment and development of the CaaS (Charging as a Service) business area.
You will ensure professional and transparent reporting and prepare decision and status reports for internal committees.
Requirements
You have at least three years of professional experience in the acquisition or implementation of charging infrastructure projects or comparable operator models.
Alternatively, you bring experience in construction contracting or in complex electrical/infrastructure projects and have a strong affinity for e-mobility.
You hold a degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable commercial or technical qualification.
You have experience in contract negotiations, building and managing networks, and assessing site-specific opportunities and risks, particularly with regard to long-term operator and usage models.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and operate confidently within complex stakeholder structures.
You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
