About this role
Role Overview
Assist customers via chat, WhatsApp, and meetings, supporting day-to-day operations within Tivita;
Investigate system issues and behaviors, identifying root causes before responding;
Support customers through processes such as billing, scheduling, payouts, reporting, and financial organization;
Work closely with the Product and Technology teams to open and track requests and issues;
Identify patterns in recurring questions and problems and turn them into process, documentation, or product improvements;
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to organize tasks, requests, and priorities
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
Experience in startups, tech companies, or high-growth environments
Ability to investigate issues and formulate hypotheses before responding
Autonomy to research information and learn independently when needed
Proven experience in customer support
