About this role
Role Overview
Overall responsibility for sales of our proprietary solutions as well as SAP consulting
Active involvement in day-to-day sales operations and management of strategic customers
Responsibility for revenue development, pipeline quality, and sustainable growth across all business areas
Develop and implement a clear sales and go-to-market strategy
Lead and develop a five-person sales team
Further develop sales processes, structures and quotation logic
Market and competitor analysis in target industries: retail, consumer goods and industrial/manufacturing sectors
Position gicom AG within the SAP ecosystem
Requirements
Several years of sales experience at an SAP consulting firm
Proven leadership experience in sales
Strong SAP knowledge
Industry experience in trade/wholesale, retail, consumer goods or discrete manufacturing
Strategic thinking combined with an operational, hands-on mentality
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for the freedom to shape and drive initiatives
