Senior Solutions Architect, Broadcasting

Role Overview

• Lead live and virtual demos of our products
• Visit client sites (mainly in the US) for support during demos and installations
• Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices
• Analyze client workflows and needs, define solution diagrams
• Relay real-world insights to product and engineering teams
• Support the sales team by preparing project documentation and training sessions
• Assist with preparation and coordination of tenders

Requirements

• Worked in news studios or control rooms
• Experience as a technical director, live operator or similar role
• Familiarity with tools such as EVS, vMix, Singular, AMPP
• Insight into live technical decision-making
• Strong communicator able to translate complex system concepts
• Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%)
• Based on the US East Coast (preferred)
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
