Build and operate XaaS platforms for a wide range of clients in our datacenters and public clouds
Support the design of modern platform architectures and the migration of existing customer systems
Work closely with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to optimize performance, reliability, and security
Deploy and operate applications and services within our customers' automated DevOps environments
Implement customer-specific requirements and services (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis Cluster, Kafka broker, Keycloak)
Evaluate new tools and technologies related to containers, cloud, and automation to continuously improve our platforms

Experience with highly available cloud architectures and technologies (PaaS, CaaS & SaaS)
Deep understanding of the Kubernetes stack and container orchestration
Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI)
Awareness of compliance, security, and observability considerations
Passion for cloud-native technologies and enjoyment of working with complex customer environments
German language skills at C1 level and English skills at least at B2 level
