Prepare internal and external benefit overviews and comparisons
Manage diversification of the product and insurance-carrier portfolio
Support tender processes and negotiate product setups
Develop, create, and maintain documents for a structured filing system
Serve as the first technical contact for internal product and support inquiries
Conduct internal product training
Participate in negotiation and integration meetings with partners to support the B2B sales department
Act as the point of contact for your assigned insurance-carrier partnerships to ensure smooth communication
Provide insurance expertise in partial and large-scale projects
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or a degree in business administration / insurance management
Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (in product development for property/casualty lines, e.g., leasing, bicycle, electronics or pet insurance)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Structured and forward-looking way of working
Continuous development and ongoing acquisition of new specialist knowledge
Very good German and English language skills
