Holistic management and strategic development of our accounts
Building, maintaining and expanding relationships with relevant stakeholders at the decision‑maker level — business units, procurement and management
Leading and facilitating kick-offs, QBRs and regular client meetings
Identifying growth, cross‑selling and innovation opportunities within existing accounts
Early identification of project challenges and close collaboration with Operations and internal teams
Developing and implementing tailored expansion and customer success strategies

Several years of proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in digital marketing or an agency environment
Confident, professional presence at the decision‑maker level, with strong presentation and advisory skills
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense for profitability, customer retention and growth opportunities
Solid understanding of social media, platform mechanics and performance‑based KPIs
Excellent communication skills, high social competence and a strong team‑ and service‑oriented approach
Structured, independent working style with a solution‑oriented mindset
Very good German skills (at least C1) and good written and spoken English
Active network of marketing decision‑makers in relevant industries
Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
