Develop and implement EHS management systems and processes in the field, regularly inspect the effectiveness of implementation, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Perform regular site inspections and internal audits; coordinate external audits, implement corrective measures, and promote continuous improvement
Conduct regular workplace risk assessments (RI&E in NL, DUERP in FR, etc.) for deployment phase of projects, supervise the rectification of illegal operations, and ensure the safety and compliance of operations
Approve and supervise hazardous operations to ensure controlled management of high-risk operations
Strictly control the compliance of outsourcing contractors' construction, sign safety construction agreements, supervise the safe execution of the construction process, and promptly correct and report any violations
Organize three-level safety education for new employees, verify the certification status of special operations, conduct EHS training and emergency drills, and enhance employees' emergency response capabilities
Participate in the investigation and analysis of safety accidents and near misses, write investigation reports, and promote the implementation of rectification measures
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Professional certification preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, TÜV Functional Safety Engineer, or equivalent)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in safety engineering, ideally in Industrial manufacturing and machinery deployment
Fluent in English; additional European language (Dutch/German/French) advantageous
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to travel globally and work across diverse teams and time zones
