Translate operational and strategic problems into clear product hypotheses.
Analyze platform usage data, customer behavior, and operational metrics to support decision-making.
Support the definition and review of the roadmap, assessing impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
Create and maintain clear, well-argued, and transparent prioritization criteria.
Produce decision materials: problem statements, comparative analyses, recommendations, and trade-off assessments.
Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring the development team understands the “why” behind decisions.
Collaborate with product leadership on evolving the vision and maturity.

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed.
Strong analytical skills and structured reasoning.
Comfort working with data, even when imperfect or incomplete.
Good listening skills and the ability to conduct conversations with customers and internal teams.
Critical thinking: able to disagree respectfully and support arguments.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Systemic view, understanding the technical, operational, and commercial impact of product decisions.

Experience with B2B products, SaaS, or data-intensive platforms.
Experience in industrial, logistics, fleet, or complex operations contexts.
Knowledge of prioritization methods (RICE, WSJF, etc.), understanding when to apply them and when not to.
