About this role
Role Overview
You conduct qualified consultative meetings with CEOs and managing directors of SMEs and independently close deals
You prepare, send, and follow up on service contracts through to signature
You ensure your lead and deal pipeline is continuously filled and proactively source leads when necessary
You keep the CRM clean and complete, because good documentation is not overhead — it’s sales
You actively coordinate with employers and customers to accelerate the contracting and approval process
You provide direct feedback on what resonates in the market and work closely with Marketing and Operations
Requirements
You have closed deals in B2B and know what a real “yes” feels like
You are self-organized and don’t need someone to tell you what to do each day
You can handle objections without applying pressure because you understand what the customer really needs
You have a genuine interest in AI—not because it looks good on your CV, but because you’re genuinely intrigued by the topic
You are enthusiastic about your job. Not just to tick a box, but because you really want to make an impact.
