Analyst 5, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Role Overview

• Review data and reports produced to predict Customer Program health
• Retrieve, analyze and summarize business, operations, employee, customer and/or economic data
• Perform deep dive analyses to identify drivers of customer program health
• Communicate findings through presentations and data visualizations
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop technical requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Undergraduate or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science
• Proven experience working with financial, program delivery and technical data
• Proficiency in Python, Tableau, Automation, and data integration tools
• Ability to design and provide dashboard requirements
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
