Role Overview
- Control and monitoring of delivery schedules;
- Support internal teams with operational requests;
- Monitoring, updating, and following up on delivery statuses;
- Freight quotation and contracting;
- Control and verification of payments related to transportation;
- Support in organizing processes and operational performance indicators;
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
- Previous experience with logistics routines (transportation, inventory, distribution, or supply chain);
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and metrics;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and process optimization;
- Good communication skills for interacting with different departments and suppliers;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- Experience managing carriers and negotiating with suppliers;
- Knowledge of logistics performance indicators (KPIs);
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
