Work with complex models, engineering drawings and technical data to create CNC programs.
Communicate effectively at all levels of internal and external customers.
Generate CNC programs for 3, 4 & 5 axis Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machinery.
Set up and operate CNC Machinery that mills, punches, drills, broaches or reams metal and/or plastic parts.
Make adjustments and monitor CNC Machines.
Analyze current manufacturing routings and seek to apply newer technologies.
Make recommendations for product design enhancements.
Develop accurate part manufacturing documentation.
Assist in new machinery purchasing and integration.
Train and assist CNC Machinists as required.

Minimum 5 years CAD/CAM multi-axis programming experience with 5-10 years of hands on 2D and 3D CNC Programming.
Experience with set up and operation of CNC machinery.
In-depth knowledge of Materials and Cutting Tools.
Must understand and be able to work in both Imperial and Metric systems.
Machinist background of large components, a plus.
