Clear German pronunciation and high energy
Willingness to learn, a performance-oriented mindset and a desire for continuous development
Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales
Ideally, you have previous experience working in an agency or in sales coaching
We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us

Above-average pay with an attractive commission model including a fixed base and increasing commissions

Realistic target: 30 scheduled appointments — €3,500
