About this role
Role Overview
You organize appointments, meetings and discussions, always keeping deadlines and workflows in mind
You manage filing, handle follow-up reminders (tickler system) and support the manager and the team in daily operations
You prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with attention to detail and a clear overview
You support internal projects and help ensure smooth processes through your commitment
You conduct research on specified platforms and actively assist with the prequalification process
You coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation to follow-up
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management clerk, industrial clerk, or office communications clerk)
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication and discretion
Independent, structured way of working
Confident use of MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
Valid driver's license (Class B)
